Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, register on the Site as a Consignor, place an order, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available using our Services. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, birthday, clothing size, email address, mailing address, and phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. LuxAnthropy will not collect personal identification information from Users who send “do not track” requests. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Following termination or deactivation of your account, LuxAnthropy or its service providers may retain information (including your profile information) for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.
Requesting Changes to Your Personally Identifiable Information

This policy is deemed effective on the date of a User’s first use of the Site, or upon execution of the Consignor’s Terms and Conditions, whichever occurs first.
